KSU «OktyabrskySecondary School» of the Department of Education in the Altai district of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region announces a competition for the temporarily vacant position of a teacher of Kazakh language and literature in Russian classes (16 hours) for the 2022-2023 academic year.

Qualificationrequirements:

Higher and (or) postgraduate pedagogical or other professional education in the relevant profile or a document confirming pedagogical retraining, without presentation of work experience requirements or technical and professional pedagogical education in the relevant profile without presentation of work experience requirements.

Must know:

The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Education», «On the status of a teacher», «On combating Corruption», «On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan», State general education standards of education and other regulatory legal acts defining the directions and prospects for the development of education;

The content of the subject, the educational process, teaching methods and assessment;

Pedagogy and psychology;

 The methodology of teaching the subject, educational work, teaching tools and their didactic capabilities;

Requirements for the equipment of classrooms and utility rooms;

Fundamentals of law and scientific organization of labor, economics;

Rules on safety and labor protection, fire protection, sanitary rules and regulations;

Job responsibilities:

  1. Promotes the formation of a common culture of the personality of students and the pupil and his socialization, causes and promotes the development of individual abilities of students.
  2. Uses new approaches, effective forms, methods and means of teaching, taking into account the individual needs of students.
  3. Makes short-term plans, tasks for summative assessment for the section and summative assessment for the quarter.
  4. Fills in electronic journals.
  5. Ensures the achievement of personal, system-activity, subject results by students and pupils not lower than the level provided for by the State mandatory standards of education.
  6. Participates in the development and implementation of educational programs, including programs for students with special educational needs, ensures their full implementation in accordance with the curriculum and schedule of the educational process.
  7. Participates in meetings of methodological associations, associations of teachers, methodological, pedagogical councils, network communities.
  8. Studies the individual abilities, interests and inclinations of students, pupils.
  9. Carries out work on training and education of students, pupils, aimed at maximum overcoming of deviations in development, taking into account the specifics of the taught subject.
  10. Participates in pedagogical consultations for parents.
  11. Advises parents.
  12. Improves professional competence, including information and communication.
  13. Complies with the rules of safety and labor protection, fire protection.
  14. Ensures the protection of the life and health of students during the educational process.
  15. Cooperates with parents or persons replacing them.
  16. Fulfills the requirements for safety and labor protection during the operation of the equipment.

The official salary depends on the length of service, education, qualification category from 141377 tenge and above.

The venue of the competition: East Kazakhstan Region, Altai district, Oktyabrsky village, Central Street, building 4.

The competition is held on the basis of the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 21, 2012 No. 51 «On approval of the rules for appointment, dismissal of the first heads and teachers of state educational organizations (hereinafter – the Rules) (Joint Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 568 dated 19.11.2021 and the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 432 dated 22.11 2021 «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 21, 2012 No. 57 «On Approval of the Rules for competitive replacement of heads of state educational organizations implementing general education pre-school, secondary education and additional education educational programs».

To participate in the competition, the candidate must provide:

1) An application for participation in the competition and an indication of the list of attached documents in accordance with Aplication10 to the Rules

2) An identity document or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identification)

3) A completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers – if available)

4) Copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position, approved by the Standard qualification characteristics of teachers

5) A copy of the document confirming employment (if available)

6) A certificate of health status in the form approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSD – 175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 21579

7) A certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization

8) A certificate from a narcological organization

9) Certificate of National Qualification Testing (hereinafter – NCT) or a certificate of the presence of a qualification category of a moderator teacher, an expert teacher, a researcher teacher, a master teacher (if available).

10) A completed evaluation sheet of a candidate for a vacant or temporarily vacant position of a teacher according to the form according to Aplication 11.

The absence of one of the documents mentioned above is the basis for returning the documents to the candidate.

To participate in the competition, the candidate, if available, provides additional information concerning his education, work experience, professional level (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific and methodological publications, qualification categories, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work).

A state organization within three working days after the acceptance of the candidate's documents, a request is sent about the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime and/or a criminal offense to the authorized body for legal statistics and special accounting or its territorial divisions, as well as a violation of pedagogical ethics to the Committee for quality assurance in the field of education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Persons specified in Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the status of a teacher» are not allowed to participate in the competition:

1) deprived of the right to carry out the professional activity of a teacher in accordance with a court verdict that has entered into force;

2) recognized as incapacitated or with limited legal capacity in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) having medical contraindications, being on psychiatric and (or) narcological records;

4) those who do not have documents on technical and professional, post-secondary, higher or postgraduate education;

5) on the basis of other restrictions provided for by the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
