Parents of first-graders from April 1, 2022 will be able to submit an online application to the school

From April 1, 2022, an electronic system for accepting documents for enrollment in the first grades of secondary schools begins to work in the region. Just like last year, this year every parent can apply to school on their own, without leaving home online.

Parents will be able to get this service on the e-government portal www.egov.kz  by means of an electronic digital signature (EDS). Applications will be submitted 24/7, so parents, while at work or at home, will be able to apply to the school online.

To submit an application, you need to go to the website, fill in the necessary information and attach scanned copies of the following documents:

• a document on the state of health in the form 026/u-3 "Child's health passport";
• a document on the state of health in the form 063/u and two 3x4 photos.

Refusal to provide the service is possible in case of submission of an incomplete package of documents, unreadable scanned copies or lack of available seats.

In the absence of a computer or Internet, the parent can also go to the nearest school and contact the staff of the educational organization to receive this service.
