Housing affordability in Almaty region: new initiatives from "Otbasу Bank"

The Governor of Almaty region, Marat Sultanğaziev, held a meeting with the director of the regional branch of "Otbasу Bank" JSC, Kuanish Serikovich Ulasbekov.

During the meeting, representatives of "Otbasу Bank" shared the results of housing provision for residents within the framework of state programs for 2024.

Additionally, they introduced a comprehensive plan of activities aimed at revitalizing the bank's branch operations and holding meetings with the leadership of districts, mono-cities, and residents of the Almaty region.

Specifically, this year, bank representatives will organize a large-scale information campaign to explain programs such as "Aqyl" and "Keleshek" deposits, the "National Fund for Children" project, and the "Nauryz," "Otau," "Umai," and "Green Mortgage" programs.

At the end of the meeting, the regional governor instructed the bank's management to develop preferential mortgage and rental housing programs for workers within the framework of the "Year of Working Professions."
