10 thousand trees were planted in Zhalagash forestry as part of the "Taza Kazakhstan" campaign

On April 24, a large-scale action "Taza Kazakhstan" was held in the Zhalagash forestry department of the Kegen forestry of the Almaty region with the participation of more than 200 people to plant and increase the forest fund by 10 thousand seedlings of four-year-old seedlings of Shrenka spruce on an area of 2 hectares, reports Zakon.kz .

First of all, the campaign is aimed at instilling ecological culture and respect for nature in the younger generation. By planting seedlings, students learn to work hard and take care of their native land. This, in turn, creates a good tradition and a positive example for the whole society.

As part of the planting, a practical demonstration was organized for the participants on how to plant seedlings correctly, how to grow a forest with their own hands, and what methods exist for proper tree care.

"There is an expression: a man should plant a tree, build a house, raise children. As one of such small traditions, tree planting instills in children concern for the environment, and also gives them the opportunity to spend time together, not just by watching a movie, but to plant a tree together, to help each other. The tree acts as a unifying factor," the organizers stressed.

Following the results of the event, the young men who actively participated in the planting were presented with memorable gifts with the parting wishes of the akim of the Almaty region.

It should be noted that such eco-actions are carried out in all forestry enterprises and settlements of the region. It is planned to plant more than 100 thousand seedlings before the end of the month.
