82.9% of public services in the region are automated

According to the regional Department of digital technologies, thanks to the launch of the Regional geoinformation system of Almaty region, 16 public services are being transferred to electronic format, including 10 in the field of land relations and 6 in the field of architecture and urban planning. 100% digitization of master plans, PDP and engineering networks in cities of regional significance was carried out.

As a result, the terms of rendering public services in the field of land relations will be reduced from one year to 30 days, and in the field of architecture and construction – from 100 to 10 days. 12 state services in the field of education and sports are also being automated. By the end of the year, the level of automation of public services will be increased to 90%.
