12 cases of coronavirus infection were registered in the Almaty region. A sick girl from Talgar District, Aktas village was born in 1998. She contacted with a coronavirus-infected girl  from the Esik city of Enbekshikazakh District, which tests for coronavirus showed a positive result. The 12th patient was hospitalized in the infectious diseases department of the Central District Hospital of Enbekshikazakh District. 11 contacted persons have been identified, all of them are quarantined. It should be noted that on April 12, one patient with a diagnosis of coronavirus infection recovered in the Almaty region.
