The products are supplied to the local market, used in the production of sausage products. Today, a line for the production of fermented soy protein using nanotechnology has been launched, which significantly increases its digestibility, which means it can be used in the production of children's and sports nutrition. Only non-GMO soy of high quality is used in production.
