The main provisions of the Administrative Procedural Code are explained

The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Beketayev paid a working visit to the Almaty region. Within the framework of this visit, a meeting was organized under the chairmanship of the Governor of the region Amandyk Batalov on the changes in the work related to the introduction of the new Administrative Procedure Code from July 1. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its territorial department, the regional court, the department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and other responsible persons.
