Consumer protection through a single national association

In order to effectively ensure the rights of citizens, including in the field of consumer relations, an important role is assigned to public associations of consumers.

In order to improve the system of protection of the rights of Kazakhstan consumers, the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan proposes to create a National Consumer Association.

That proposal on the feasibility of creating a single National Consumer Association of Kazakhstan is based on the international experience of countries where mandatory membership is recognized as normal in their jurisdictions.
