The entrepreneur intends to build a sports complex at his own expense and transfer it to the state ownership free of charge. Patrons and businessmen with these and other investment proposals were received today by the governor of the region Amandyk Batalov.

Vladimir Kotelnikov, general director of «Virazh Holding», said that he plans to build a sports complex in the Kyzylkairat village of Talgar district on an area of 2.5 hectares, demonstrating a draft design of a two-story sports facility with a total area of 1 thousand square meters. It provides a wrestling hall, volleyball, basketball, and football fields. About 450 thousand dollars will be invested in the project. After the construction is completed, the entrepreneur will transfer the object to the state for its maintenance, the formation of the coaching staff working at the object, and the involvement of the population in sports.
