Shore protection works on Alakol lake will complete this year

It is planned to complete the shore protection works started last year on the lake Alakol. As a result, the coast of Alakol will be strengthened by a protective structure with a length of 13.55 km (10.150 km) on Akshi and 3.4 km  on Koktuma). The coastal protection dam is designed to reflect waves up to 3 meters high.
