120 families celebrated a housewarming on the eve of Independence

On the eve of the Independence day many citizens of Taldykorgan city noted a great housewarming. 120 families received long-awaited credit and rental housing in the cottage town. Among the settlers many families, people with special needs, and investors of JSC "HCSB". First Deputy akim of the region Lazzat Turlashov congratulated residents of  Zhetysu.

In accordance with the development plan of the suburban cottage town, it is planned to build 620 individual residential buildings with a total area of 56.6 thousand square meters, worth 8.5 billion tenge. For 2 years, the keys to 348 cottages were handed over. In particular, according to the plan of the current year, 253 cottages were built, 191 of them were put into operation, and by the end of the year, the keys to 97 more individual houses will be handed over. Next year, it is planned to hand over the remaining 175 cottages.
