The dairy plant in the Sarkand district produces more than 15 types of products

«Akbulak-Produkt» dairy plant in Sarkan district, launched in 2008 year and has been successfully operating on the domestic market for the 13 years. Starting with the processing of 30 tons of raw materials per day, today the company processes more than 80 tons of milk per day and produces more than 15 types of dairy products.

The Plant produces pasteurized natural milk, shallap, several types of kefir, Kurt, butter, cottage cheese, sour cream, various types of cheese, including processed and "Dutch", and much more.

According to the Director of the plant, Bauyrzhan Kalimoldanov, the company was restarted in 2008 and thanks to state support, it has successfully started working again:

"First of all, new equipment was purchased, everything was brought into compliance. If at first we started with the production of three types of products, today we produce more than 15. This year, we were allocated state subsidies in the amount of 80 million tenge for the production of milk, butter and hard cheese. As a result, this year we purchased a compressor worth 17 million tenge. The necessary parts of the installation were brought from Russia and China. In addition to our district, our products are delivered to several districts of the region and Almaty, " he said.

Sharing ideas for further development of the plant, B. Kalimoldanov said that to provide raw materials for the enterprise, it is planned to build a special complex for keeping breeding cows. Now milk in sufficient quantities is purchased from local residents and undergoes the necessary processing. It is also planned to start production of sweet yoghurts. In General, the prices of dairy products produced by the plant are lower than the recommended prices of other manufacturers. Special demand, the company manufactures butter and "Dutch" cheese of high quality.

It is worth noting that today the plant employs 67 people. This year, 12 young specialists were employed, the average salary is about 100 thousand tenge.
