43% of projects are aimed to improve social infrastructure

About 56,2 thousand jobs were created in Almaty region as part of the implemented programs, 30,1 thousand of which are permanent. A good effect was provided by the "Employment roadmap", which implements 1051 projects for 105,6 billion tenge with the creation of 20,9 thousand jobs, of which 1,8 thousand are permanent, 10,5 thousand – through employment centers.

451 projects out of 1051 or 43% are aimed to improve social infrastructure, 237 projects are aimed to solve problems of housing and communal services and landscaping.

Under the "Enbek" program, active employment measures covered 33 thousand unemployed and self-employed citizens, 15,7 billion tenge is provided for these purposes. Among  the socially segments of the population, 16,3 thousand families received targeted social assistance totaling 6,3 billion tenge. Guaranteed social package was issued to 19 thousand children in the amount of 712,5 million tenge. Payments in the amount of 42,500 tenge were received by 36,2 thousand people in the amount of 15,7 billion tenge. At the expense of  "Birgemiz", "Birgemiz ZHETISU" funds and sponsors assistance was provided to 396 thousand residents of the region for a total of 4,9 billion tenge.
