712.4 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in 9 months with an increase of 7.6% (the annual plan is 938.8 thousand square meters).

About 39.8 billion tenge was allocated for the construction of housing and engineering infrastructure in Almaty region under the «Nurly Zher» program. A total of 532 residential buildings with 1,630 apartments are under construction, of which 32 are commissioned for 640 apartments in the cities of Taldykorgan, Kapshagay, ili, Karasay, Zhambyl, Talgar and Karatal districts. About 34 houses for 1,163 apartments (77.3 thousand square meters) builded by private developers in of Taldykorgan city, Kapshagay, Karasay, Talgar, ili, Zhambyl and Koksu districts.
