The volume of gross agricultural output amount will be 894 billion tenge by the end of the year

The number of livestock and poultry increased by an average of 6.2%, the volume of meat and milk production increased by 3.6%. Since the beginning of the year, six dairy farms for 1,084 heads and three feedlots for 550 heads have been put into operation.

As it became known in the course of the report, now there are only 82 MTFs (25.7 thousand heads) and 106 fattening sites (70.2 thousand heads) in the region, due to this, the workload of dairy plants has reached 80%, meat processing enterprises – 66%. In short, the region's population's need for basic food products is being covered by its own production, and exports are also growing.

 

"At the end of 9 months, agricultural products were exported for 92.7 million US dollars with an increase of 33%. Exports of dairy products, confectionery, meat and meat offal, fish fillets increased, and 3,195 tons of meat of all types were exported. By the end of the year, the volume of gross agricultural output will amount to 894 billion tenge with an increase of 2.2%, labor productivity will reach 2.3 million tenge.
