The volume of industrial production in the region will exceed 1 trillion tenge by the end of the year

About 176 projects worth 34 billion tenge have been approved in Almaty region as part of the "Economy of simple things" program. This was announced by the Governor of the region during the report over the period for 9 months of 2020 to the deputies of the regional maslikhat, which was published using the Zoom program.

The local content in construction materials reached 92%, in the food industry – 89%, in light industry – 75%.

By the end of the year, the volume of industrial products in the region will exceed 1 trillion tenge, non–resource exports will reach 406 million US dollars with an increase of 6% (2019-388 million US dollars or 114.6%).
