As the part of the environmental campaign about 600 cubic meters of garbage were collected in Taldykorgan.

Wide environmental campaign "World cleanup day" was held in Almaty region. That measures was attended by more than 1,500 thousand residents of Taldykorgan.

More than 600 cubic meters of various types of garbage, primarily household and construction waste, were collected on the territory of the city within a few hours. As part of the campaign, garbage collection, dead wood pruning, and landscaping works were carried out throughout the regional center. More than ten large natural dumps were eliminated. A new alley is laid along Zhansugurov street, where coniferous and deciduous trees are planted.

This environmental campaign covered all districts and cities of the region.
