Currently, a Regional geographic information system (hereinafter - RGIS) has been created, which will unite all existing industry databases and cadastres.
The RGIS will be a single platform that interacts with the e-government portal by both the service recipient and the service provider.
As a pilot project in the field of land relations, work is underway to automate 15 public services and 6 public services in the field of architecture and urban development, which are planned to be implemented in cities of regional significance (Taldykorgan, Tekeli, Kapshagai).
In 2019, 7 complexes of basic reference stations for geodetic support of land management and topo-geodetic works were created and installed. Field work was carried out on high-quality aerial photography and topographic survey at a scale of 1:500 (with a resolution of 3-5 cm) of 3 pilot cities.
The following layers are loaded in the RGIS: registered and vacant land plots, master plans of cities and functional zoning of localities, residential and non-residential buildings, red lines in localities, sanitary protection zones, water protection zones, provision of communications (water, gas, Sewerage, heat, electricity, telecommunications networks)
To date, the automation of public services has been completed.
In addition, the processes of issuing technical conditions for connecting natural monopoly entities to engineering networks and interdepartmental approval have been further automated.
