The land relations Department held a meeting with the heads of land relations departments of cities and districts on the issue of compliance with the norms and requirements of land legislation.

In his speech, the head of the Department of land relations K. Kashkimbayev noted that the main priority of the land management service is to ensure the rational use of land resources and strict compliance with the requirements of land legislation. When checking the application of land legislation, the Prosecutor's office revealed a number of violations of land, architectural and urban planning legislation and a number of technical Regulations.

Heads of land relations departments are personally responsible for implementing the state policy in the field of land relations.

Abdiorazov reported on the ongoing work to comply with the requirements of current legislation when granting, changing the purpose of land, returning to state ownership of land registered as ownerless property, conducting inventories of waiting lists for housing and communal services..

- ensure strict compliance with the norms and requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on anti-corruption", the land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

- take measures to prevent and eliminate violations of land legislation specified in the report of the Prosecutor's office of the Almaty region No. 2-04-20-02859 of 21.02.2020

- prevent unjustified changes in the purpose of agricultural land, its segmentation, expansion of the borders of localities, horticultural societies

- provide information on a regular basis:

* organization and carrying out of competitions on granting the land plots for maintaining a peasant (farmer's) economy

* put on the account as ownerless property. Take control of the validity of registration of land plots and take measures to return land plots to the state Fund, indicating their location, types of land, and area.
