1.1. The department carries out its activities in accordance with the Regulation of the Department of Land Relations.
1.2.The Regulations on the Department and the number of staff are approved by the head of the department.
1.3. The department in its activities is directly subordinate and is responsible for the implementation of the functions assigned to it to the head of the department.
