Currently, a Regional Geoinformation System (hereinafter referred to as geoportal) has been created, which combines all existing industry databases and cadastres. At the same time, the data of the 2015 electronic map was a platform for further improving the automation of e-government processes and the provision of public services in the field of land relations, architecture and urban planning, housing and communal services, agriculture, transport and logistics. Geoportal is a single platform that interacts with the e-government portal as a service recipient and a service provider. In 3 cities of regional significance (Taldykorgan, Kapshagai, Tekeli), the department, together with the departments of construction, architecture and urban planning, housing and Communal services, CIT, carried out work to improve the integrated map, which provided a complete translation into electronic format of the processes of providing public services from accepting applications to issuing an identification document to a land plot. At the same time, transparency and control of the processes of providing land plots are ensured. As a pilot project in the field of land relations, 10 public services and 6 public services in the field of architecture and urban planning have been automated, which will be implemented in cities of regional significance (Taldykorgan, Tekeli, Kapshagai). In 2019, 7 complexes of basic reference stations for geodetic support of land management and topo-geodetic works were installed. Field work was carried out on high-quality aerial photography and topographic survey at a scale of 1:500 (with a resolution of 3-5 cm) of 3 pilot cities. The following layers are loaded into the geoportal: decorated and vacant land plots, master plans of cities and functional zoning of settlements, residential and non-residential buildings, red lines in settlements, sanitary protection zones, water protection zones, provision of communications (water supply, gas supply, sewerage, heat supply, electricity, telecommunications networks). To date, the automation of public services has been completed. In addition, the processes of issuing technical specifications for connecting natural monopoly entities to engineering networks and interdepartmental coordination have been additionally automated.Currently, together with the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development, work is underway to add small and medium-sized businesses to the database with a list of products. Link to the geoinformation portal of public services of the Almaty region: https://alm.rgis.kz/web The implementation of the project allows you to provide online services for the provision of land plots for construction purposes, the issuance of topography, technical conditions, plans for the development of territories and others. As a result, in the field of land relations, the term for the provision of public services will be reduced - from 1 year to 30 days, in the field of architecture and construction - from 100 days to 10 days. The readiness of the RGIS is 100%. Currently, the authorized body (KNB) has fully checked for compliance with information security requirements. This year, the above types of work are carried out in 5 district centers included in the Almaty agglomeration zone (Esik, Talgar, Kaskelen, Otegen Batyr village, Uzynagash village).
