Changing the schedule of work of divisions of JSC "UAPF"
Dear depositors (recipients)!!!
Taking into account the current situation with the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), JSC "ENPF" asks for understanding of the introduced restrictive measures and informs that in order to protect the life and health of citizens and ensure the safety of the population, all divisions of the Fund are switching to an updated service mode:
1. guided by the decision of the State Commission for ensuring the state of emergency under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on strengthening the quarantine regime in Nur-Sultan and Almaty, the Fund from March 30 to April 05, 2020 completely suspends the face-to-face reception of documents of depositors (recipients) and switches to remote service mode in the Fund's branches in Nur-Sultan and Almaty;
2. starting from March 30, 2020, all other regional divisions of the Fund, taking into account the social significance of the services provided by the Fund, will have on-duty employees who will work in cases that do not tolerate delay and require face-to-face service (except for Nur-Sultan and Almaty), who will make contactless acceptance of documents by appointment by phone numbers posted on the website. enpf.kz.
Provision of services in cities where contactless mode of operation is established is carried out by accepting documents from the population in the Fund's office through a specially equipped and constantly disinfected workplace.

Pre-registration can be made at the specialists of the UAPF call center by the short number 1418 (free call in Kazakhstan) or by the number
+7 727 356 10 60 (for international and long-distance calls), or at the duty staff of regional offices (a list of which is available on the website enpf.kz).
Please note that contactless acceptance of documents is carried out for the following priority (urgent) types of pension services:
- registration of applications for the appointment of pension payments in connection with the death of the depositor / recipient (burial);
- registration of applications for the assignment of pension payments in connection with permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- registration of applications for the appointment of pension payments in connection with disability;
- registration of applications for the appointment of pension payments in connection with the death of the depositor / recipient (inheritance);
- making applications for the transfer of pension savings to an insurance company.
We offer other types of Fund services and strongly recommend that you get them online via the ENPF mobile app and Personal account located on the Fund's corporate website www.enpf.kz (step-by-step instructions on how to get electronic services are attached in the relevant sections).
Additionally, SAPF provides a service by sending the documents by post ("Kazpost") with the possibility of pre online verification of documents on the corporate website of the Fund.
In addition, we are always ready to advise You on the issues of the funded pension system and provide remote support for obtaining electronic services of the Fund by:

UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of JSC " NPF "GNPF". The founder and shareholder of UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the state property and privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The national Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides trust management of pension assets of the UAPF. As of January 1, 2016, the functions of developing proposals to improve the efficiency of pension asset management have been transferred to the National Fund management Board.
