The maximum amount of monthly payment from the UAPF exceeded 500 thousand tenge

In February 2020 the Fund made a total of 182996 payments to recipients

As of March 1, 2020, more than 308 thousand pension payments and transfers to insurance organizations totaling 32.1 billion tenge were made, including:
- payments on reaching retirement age - 12.2 billion tenge;
- due to permanent residence - 8.4 billion tenge;
- transfers to insurance companies – 5.4 billion tenge;
- payments on inheritance of 5.2 billion tenge;
- funeral payments – 595.8 million tenge;
- disability payments – 360.2 million tenge;
At the same time, the amount of the average monthly payment on the schedule (due to reaching retirement age) was 22,026 tenge, and the maximum amount of the monthly payment was 506,980 tenge.

UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of JSC " NPF "GNPF". The founder and shareholder of UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the state property and privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The national Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides trust management of pension assets of the UAPF. As of January 1, 2016, the functions of developing proposals to improve the efficiency of pension asset management have been transferred to the National Fund management Board. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, pension payments, individual accounting of pension savings and payments, and provides the depositor (recipient) with information on the status of his / her pension savings (for more information, see www.enpf.kz).
