More than 1,800 of the most experienced and trained PSC employees, along with consultants from the 1414 contact center, will provide advice to citizens when they receive public services in an online format.
It is planned that call centers will be able to consult more than a thousand citizens at the same time. Call centers are open from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 20.00 PM. The call is free.
In addition, more than 200 government employees for citizens will register service recipients in the mobile citizens database via video call.
At the same time, citizens who managed to submit documents to the PSC before March 21 will be able to get a ready result in the same PSC, where only the window for issuing ready-made documents will work. Car owners who have re-registered their cars or replaced their driver's license online will be able to get ready-made documents and numbers in the special zone of their city, where only the window for issuing ready-made documents will function.
Working hours of the Windows for issuing ready-made documents: Mon-Fri from 9.00 to 17.00 hours. Sat from 9.00 to 14.00 hours.
