Booking a queue at a PSC

Friends! Did you know that you can now book a queue at the PSC to get in line and not lose your time?

Procedure for receiving the service

1. To do this on the electronic portal egov.kz or in the telegram bot EgovKzBot2
click "Select NAO GC" Government for citizens»:

2. Enter your IIN

3. Specify the Department of the Government for citizens NAO that you are planning
to visit.

4. Click "Schedule a visit" and specify the service to receive
which you apply to the NAO GC "Government for citizens", and convenient
for you, the visit time (date and time).

5. You will be notified of the result of the booking ("queue Booking was successful").

6. After completing the online booking queue, in the specified Department of the NAO
GC "Government for citizens" and at the selected time you need to get
e-queue ticket through the coupon issuing terminal by clicking on the button
«Booking». Specifying the IIN, the terminal will issue an electronic queue ticket, according to
