       In accordance with subparagraph 4) of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 1993 "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", taking into account the opinion of the population of the villages of Kirghizsay, Rakhat of Kirghizsay rural district and on the basis of the conclusion of the onomastic commission of Almaty region dated March 30, 2022, the akim of Kirghizsay rural district of Uygur district DECIDED:

  1. Assign names from south to north to the first street – Oraz Zhandosov Street, the second street – Abai Street, the third street – Shokan Ualikhanov Street, the sixth street – Ile Street, the seventh street – Baykonyr street of Kirghizsay village; from east to west to the first street – Rayymbek Batyr Street, the third street – Turar Street Ryskulov, seventh street – Medeu street of Kirghizsay village; from south to north, first street – Kokshetau Street; sixth street – Ertis Street, eighth street – Zhetisu Street, eleventh street – Zhaiyk street of Rahat village; from west to east, the first street is Burabay Street, the third street is Bayanauyl street of the village of Rahat.
  2. I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
  3. This decision is put into effect after ten calendar days after the date of the first official publication.
