Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve: opportunities and realities

The Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve of Kazakhstan is an effective way to achieve career heights at a young age. The first competitive selection took place in 2019. Since then, the most experienced and trained participants have been appointed to leadership positions in the public and quasi-public sector.

 

The selection for the presidential Presidential personnel reserve in 2021 will be much tougher, which means that it is necessary to prepare for the tests more seriously. The new selection system will give young professionals the opportunity to work in high government positions. This practice is used in the USA, Russia, Japan, Azerbaijan and other countries.

Innovations in 2021:

- the number of reservists will be 50 people;

- each participant must have a certificate confirming knowledge of the Kazakh language, at least B1 level;

- the period of stay in the reserve will be 5 years;

- recruitment will be carried out only for the civil service;

- the Expert Commission will include potential employers (ministers, akims).

- specialized services will be connected to the verification of the test results.

 

Getting a place in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the dream of any active citizen of Kazakhstan. To bring it to life, you need to go through a series of online training sessions. To successfully pass the selection, it is enough to devote 30 minutes a day to training.

 

Recruitment to the youth personnel reserve started on September 1.
