How to get a technical passport of real estate objects?

If you bought an apartment, built a house or any other room, you will definitely need to get a technical passport of the object. This is the most important document for any further transactions related to your real estate. You can get it in two ways: through the PSC, or through the eGov portal. We tell you in detail about each method.
Through the PSC:
- Book a queue online and come 20 minutes before the scheduled time to confirm your reservation. Have it with you:
- title documents for the real estate object with the application of the existing technical passport of the real estate, if available, and (or) an identification document for the land plot;
- a document confirming the payment for the issuance of a technical passport. It is provided in two stages: 1) when submitting an application for the provision of a state service, payment is made in the form of the basic cost of the service for the state technical inspection of the real estate object according to the Price List; 2) when receiving the technical passport of the real estate object, a full payment (surcharge) is made for the work performed on the state technical inspection of the real estate object according to the Price List.
Through the portal Еgov.kz:
- Log in to the portal and search for services to find the section "Real Estate" and select the service "Submission of an electronic application for a technical passport of a real estate object", order the service online;
- It will be necessary to attach the documents specified in the list;
- Sign the application using an EDS;
Important! Copyright holders of apartments, dorm rooms, individual garages and suburban buildings can make an online request.
The term of production of the document depends on the type of structure. According to the results of the technical survey, the technical passport of the apartment, rooms in dormitories is issued on the third working day, and for individual garages and suburban buildings — on the fifth working day.
