From July 1, 2021, the new Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be put into effect

From July 1, 2021, a new Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be put into effect, 2 new administrative courts will be launched in the Almaty region.
In cases of violation of the rights of citizens by state bodies, they can apply to these courts:
1. Specialized Inter-district Administrative Court for the Almaty region-Taldykorgan city, N. Nazarbayev Avenue, 53A;
2. Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court No. 2 of the Almaty region – the city of Kaskelen, B. Momyshuly Street.
