Information on the work done by the district department of employment and social programs for 2024
In accordance with Article 120, paragraph 11 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 224-VII dated April 20, 2023, since the beginning of the year, targeted social assistance has been assigned and paid to 389 families, including 2,212 family members in the amount of 210,360.0 thousand tenge and, within the framework of the guaranteed social package for 653 children aged 1 year to 6 years, an additional payment in the amount of 28,963.7 thousand tenge has been assigned and paid.
Since the beginning of the current year, quarterly assistance in the amount of 8 calculated indicators has been assigned and paid to 82 children with disabilities who are educated at home 6670.0 thousand tenge.
Since the beginning of 2024, according to the decision of the district maslikhat, one veteran of the Great Patriotic War has been assigned social assistance to reimburse utility costs in the amount of 3 monthly calculation indicators, that is, 132.9 thousand tenge for 12 months. In honor of the festive memorable dates, one veteran of the Great Patriotic War received a one-time payment in the amount of 2,000.0 thousand tenge, 20 participants in the Afghan war received a one-time payment in the amount of 3,692.0 thousand tenge, 201 home front workers were paid 11,131.38 tenge, 2 widows of WWII veterans received 111.0 thousand tenge, 9 participants in the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh received a one-time payment in the amount of 1,661.4 thousand tenge, 25 participants in the Tajik-Afghan war were paid 4,615.0 thousand tenge, 16 persons, 2953.6 thousand tenge were paid to those equated to disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War, 21 participants of the Chernobyl accident received a one-time payment of 3876.6 thousand tenge, 2 participants of the Damansk events 369.2 thousand tenge.
34 citizens suffering from socially significant diseases were paid 7389.6 thousand tenge, 6 registered with the probation service 332.3 thousand tenge and families with an average per capita income for each family member below 70% of the subsistence minimum, whose children attend preschool institutions were paid 19552.2 thousand tenge for 197 children. According to the decision of the district maslikhat No. 8-25-134 dated 05.07.2024, 26 low-income families of the district received housing assistance in the amount of 1251.5 thousand tenge.
3294 specialists of state organizations of health care, social security, education, culture, sports and veterinary medicine living and working in rural areas of the Uyghur district (for payment of utilities and purchase of fuel) were paid social assistance from budgetary funds in the amount of five monthly calculation indicators in the amount of 60807.2 thousand tenge
According to the standard for the provision of special social services in the field of social protection of the population, 120 children with disabilities are served in the conditions of providing services at home under an individual rehabilitation program. Each employee provides social and domestic, social and medical, social and psychological, social and pedagogical, social and labor, social and cultural, social and economic, social and legal services. The department has a rehabilitation room, which is attended by 25 children with disabilities. The room is equipped for working with children with disabilities with sports equipment, toys for child development and teaching aids
The Department for the provision of special social services at home to lonely elderly and disabled people provides social and domestic, social and medical, social and psychological, social and pedagogical, social and labor, social and cultural, social and economic, social and legal services to 97 lonely elderly and disabled people of groups I and II who need outside assistance
Since the beginning of 2023, in accordance with Chapter 13, paragraphs 1,2,3 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 224-VII dated April 20, 2023, the following types of assistance were provided on the basis of an individual rehabilitation program for disabled people:
- 555 citizens with disabilities applied for hygiene products, of which 547 were provided at the expense of the local budget;
- 177 disabled citizens applied for vouchers for spa treatment, all 177 people were provided;
- 170 prosthetic and orthopedic devices were applied for, of which 168 were issued;
- disabled persons applied for 52 special means of transportation and all of them were provided with means;
- 43 citizens with first-group disabilities received the services of an individual assistant;
- applications were accepted for 42 deaf-typhlo devices and all 42 were issued
In the district, the Invataxi service is provided through the public association "Disabled People's Society". 162 citizens with disabilities receive this service. Since the beginning of the current year, they have received 5,204 services.
To ensure unimpeded access to social infrastructure facilities, ramps were planned for 24 facilities by 2024, and 12 of them were completed.
Since the beginning of the year, 1,541 applications have been received for the issuance, extension and cancellation of permits for migrant workers, of which 820 permits were issued, 335 migrants were extended and 386 mingrants were refused.
