Placement of the State Educational Order for Preschool Education and Training

Based on the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 381 of August 27, 2022, "On Approval of the Rules for Placing the State Educational Order for Preschool Education and Training, General Education, Additional Education for Children, and Training of Specialists with Vocational-Technical and Post-secondary Education, Taking into Account Labor Market Needs," private preschool institutions are invited to participate in the competition, provided that they have notified the authorized education body about the commencement of their activities and submitted an application for receiving the state educational order. The competition is announced for the admission of 25 children aged 3 years and older to the preschool institutions of the Uygur District.

To participate in the competition, private preschool institutions must submit the following documents:

  1. An application addressed to the chairman of the commission, in the form specified in Appendix 1 of these Rules;
  2. Information, confirmed by the signature of the head of the preschool institution and the seal, about the presence of video surveillance, an emergency alarm button, and a voice notification system;
  3. A contract with the territorial organization providing medical services for the children (in case of having three groups) in accordance with sanitary regulations;
  4. Copies of the staff schedule and diplomas of teachers with pedagogical or specialized education;
  5. A copy of the lease agreement for the building/premises.

Applications for participation in the competition are accepted from February 3 to February 6, 2025, at the following address: 12 Bessarys Street, 2nd floor, Office of the Head of the Department of Education, Shonzhy Village, Uygur District, Almaty Region. The competition will be opened on February 7, 2025. The decision on placing the state educational order for preschool education and training will be published on the internet resources of the Department of Education of the Uygur District.
