On Amending the decision of the Uygur District Maslikhat No. 8-18-91 dated March 18, 2024 "On Determining the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Uygur district"

 

The Uygur district maslikhat DECIDED:

1. To make the following change to the decision of the Uygur district Maslikhat dated March 18, 2024 No. 8-18-91 "On determining the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Uygur district" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 6100-05):

      In the annex to the said decision, paragraph 9 should be worded as follows:

      «9. To assign housing assistance, the service recipient (or his representative under a notarized power of attorney) applies to the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (hereinafter – the State Corporation) or through the web portal "electronic Government", with the provision of documents provided for in paragraph 8, Appendix 2 of these Rules for the provision of housing assistance."

2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
