In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government of the Republic of Kazakhstan", with subparagraph 4) of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", taking into account the opinion of the population of the villages of Bakhar, Shirin of the Bakhar rural district and based on the conclusion of the onomastic commission of the Almaty region dated May 05, 2022, the akim of the Bakhar rural district DECIDED:
- Assign names from east to west to the first street Al-Farabi, from east to west to the second street Sabit Mұқanov; from south to north, second Turan street, from south to north, seventh Alatau street, from south to north, eighth Ilya Bakhtiya street in the village of Bahar, Bahar rural district; assign names to new streets from east to west on the first street Alisher Nauai, the second street Zhetisu, the third street Dіnmұkhamed Қonaev, the fourth street Mұқағali Maқataev, the fifth street Makhmud Қashқari, the sixth street - Akhmet Baitursynov; from south to north, the first Zhibek Zholy street, the second Aksu street, the third Ile street in the village of Shyryn, Bakhar rural district.
- I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
- This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after its publication.
