On approval of the calendar plan of the main events for the preparation and holding of the republican referendum scheduled for June 5, 2022

 

In accordance with subparagraphs 1) and 2) of paragraph 1 of Article 21 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 1995 No. 2592 "On the republican referendum" and on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 5, 2022 No. 888 "On holding June 5, 2022 Republican Referendum" The Central Commission for the Referendum of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the attached Calendar plan of the main events for the preparation and holding of the republican referendum scheduled for June 5, 2022.
2. Territorial referendum commissions to ensure the preparation and holding of the republican referendum.
3. Place this resolution on the Internet resource of the Central Commission for the Referendum of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
