The Anti–Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 576 dated August 24, 2021, defines the list of functions of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) in the field of road transport proposed for transfer to the competitive environment, including checking the actual weight and size parameters of vehicles.
Currently, in order to determine the current state on the part of interested parties for the implementation of the above function in accordance with the Methodology approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 55 dated May 31, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the Methodology), together with the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" (hereinafter referred to as the Chamber), an analysis of market readiness for them is being conducted.
At the same time, the list of proposed functions is published on the official Internet resource of the Ministry and the Chamber for collecting applications from interested persons, including those who are ready (intended) to implement them.
At the same time, due to the tight deadlines, information (questionnaire) from you (Appendix 1) is expected by April 7 this year with the applications you have filled out (Appendix 2), which must be sent to the Ministry and to the Chamber.
