On invalidation of the decree of the Akimat of Almaty region No. 584 dated December 30, 2015 "On approval of the Regulations on the State institution "Management of Passenger Transport and Highways of Almaty region"

 

 

In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts" Akimat of Almaty region DECIDES:

  1. To declare invalid the resolution of the akimat of Almaty region dated December 30, 2015 No. 584 "On approval of the Regulations on the state institution "Management of passenger transport and highways of Almaty region" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 3697).
  2. The state institution "Management of passenger transport and highways of Almaty region" in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after the date of state registration of this resolution, submission to the state institution "Akim's Office of Almaty region" of information on the implementation of measures provided for in subparagraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.  

  1. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the deputy akim of the region Tuyakov Zh. Sh.
  2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
