On Amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat of the Almaty region
of May 29, 2017 No. 232 "On Approval of the Classification of Types of Work Performed during Maintenance, Current, Average and Major Repairs of Streets of settlements of the Almaty region»
In accordance with Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Almaty region DECIDES:
in the Classification of types of work performed when the content current, average and major repairs of the streets of Almaty region, approved by the specified resolution:
paragraph 26 to read as follows:
"26. At average repair make periodic restoration of a layer of wear and evenness of road surfaces, and also correction of damages of an earth bed, a drainage system, artificial, protective, strengthening, regulatory and other road constructions.
The volume of work on average repairs is determined by the estimated calculation, compiled on the basis of the lists of defects."
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Almaty region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution, submit to the state Legal Department of the office of the Akim of Almaty region information on the implementation of the measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
