From June 17 to 19, 2021, JSC " NC "Kazakh Tourism" together with the Tourism Department of Almaty region and the Kazakhstan Tourism Association held the first practical seminar for owners of guest houses in the national park "Kolsai Kolderi".

Within the framework of the three-day event, an information tour was held for Kazakhstani tour operators and owners of guest houses from other regions, training sessions and seminars on catering, handicrafts and sustainable tourism development in villages.In addition, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a meeting with the local community to explain the new measures of state support in the field of tourism recently adopted.The Forte Travel mobile app for placing packaged tourist offers was also presented during the event. According to representatives of the tourism industry, such a tool will increase the culture of planned recreation among the population. In addition to the business community, the event was attended by representatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", as well as industry tourism departments of Aktobe, Karaganda, East Kazakhstan, and Turkestan regions.
