In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 1 of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan
of January 12, 2007 "On Gambling", the Akimat of Almaty region DECIDES:
Determine the coast of the Kapshagai reservoir as the territory for the placement of casinos, slot machine halls, bookmakers and sweepstakes (bookmaker's offices and (or) sweepstakes).
To declare invalid the resolution of the akimat the Almaty oblast "On establishing the coast of the Kapchagay reservoir area for the placement of casinos and slot machine halls" of December 14, 2009 No. 223 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 2043).
State institution "the Department of tourism of the Almaty region" in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Almaty region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution, submit to the state Legal Department of the office of the Akim of Almaty region information on the implementation of the measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
4. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the Deputy Akim of the Almaty region B. Baizhumanov.
5. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
