The winners of the "Ak Kauyrsyn" award were awarded"

Today, in Til Sarayy, the winners of the traditional contest "Til – gumyr" for the prizes of the akim of the region "Ak Kauyrsyn"were awarded. According to the rules, works that had never been published before were accepted for the annual literary competition.

The jury consisted of the general director of the Zhetysu TV channel, journalist Serik Sarybay, Deputy editor-in-chief of the Zhetysu newspaper Zhumatai Amreev, Chief inspector of the Almaty region Akim's office Gulbakyt Kasen, Zhetysu TV channel correspondent Ainur Toleu, Zhetysu newspaper correspondent Kuanysh Tungatar, methodologist of the Almaty region Language Development Department Zhenis Zholdybayev.

Bolat Kerimbek, Head of the Department for the Development of Languages of Almaty region, noted that the peculiarity of the competition held this year is that it coincided with the 30th anniversary of the country's Independence.

The head of the department also noted that language and independence are two inseparable concepts. We all know perfectly well that the struggle of the Alash-Arys for liberation began first of all with the freedom of the language-the core of our spiritual world. In this historical, anniversary holiday, in order to maximize the stimulation of young writers of the region, to promote the development of literature, in order to discover new talents, writers from 20 to 45 years old were given the opportunity to participate in the competition.

62 applications were accepted for the regional competition that meet the requirements (technical, substantive, etc.).

In particular, 45 applicants submitted applications for the poetry contest, whose poems were dedicated to "Language and Independence" and on a free topic. And in the prose on the theme "Til-Tauelsizdik Tiregi", 17 works were received dedicated to raising the status of the state language, promoting the unity of the people.

The winners of the prize "Ak kauyrsyn" in the genre of poetry were the work of Asyl Sultangazy , and in prose the work of Rishat Turganbayev was recognized as the best.

The second place in the poetry competition was taken by Bakhyt Kalibek (Kerbulak district) and Medet Baizhuma (Raiymbek district). Nusupkan Kadyrsultan (Alakol district) and Akyn Shugaip (Koksu district) took the third place.

The second place in the prose competition was awarded to the work of Esbolat Aidabosyn  (Taldykorgan). The third place went to Askhat Omirbayev (Karatal district).

Arshin Aydynbekuly, Azamat Nurmukhanov, Erden Nurakhmet(Taldykorgan), Zeynegul Zhumabekova (Eskelda district) also received the incentive award.
