The Department for language development of Almaty region held a contest for the best essay "Uly dalanyn ulyk tulgasy", dedicated to the day of languages of the people of Kazakhstan.

93 applicants from districts and cities took part in the competition.

In this regard, in order to raise public awareness on the issues of crime prevention and combating crime, the Department for combating economic and corruption crime (financial police) in the city of Taldykorgan is working on the prevention of juvenile delinquency.

According to essay writing in Russian first place went to Aidan Armanazi, teacher of grammar school №38 in the ili district, II place-Ademy Orynbek, 11th-form pupil of school-gymnasium named after S. Serkebayev Kegen district, THIRD place-Kim Jasmine, a student of grade 11 of secondary school-gymnasium №19, Taldykorgan.
For essay writing in English language A place was taken by akerke Multanova, teacher of the secondary school named after D. Kunaev Panfilov district, SECOND place-Aruzhan Samatovna, Methodist educational-methodical center "Til" of Balkhash region, THIRD place-Sholpan Malikovna, teacher of secondary school №31 of the village of Tuzdybastau of Talgarsky district.
