about the procedure for using mobile devices on the territory of administrative buildings of state bodies
as part of the information security regime, the user is not allowed to use smartphones/iPhones:
- use of smartphones/iPhones during closed meetings;
- transfer (forwarding) of documents via open communication channels;
- photo and video shooting of draft documents, as well as the documents themselves;
- connecting smartphones/iPhones to user workstations.
To my attention brought for violations and disclosure (dissemination) of information constituting state secrets and official information for restricted dissemination shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (article 504 of the code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative pravonarushenii 205-213 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
