Languages Development Administration of Almaty Region organized a publicistic essays competition «ANAMNYN TILI - AIBYNYM MENIN» in honor of the 30th anniversary of national newspaper “Ana tili” which is immeasurably involved in the dissemination of many events realizing the state language policy.
The purpose of the competition: to support the national newspaper “Ana tili” which for 30 years has been disseminating information on the organization of national vocabulary and developing of the state language in information sphere, to announce the best areas of activities and achievements of the publication after the Independence, to expand the use of the state language, widely propagate importance of translating the Kazakh alphabet from Cyrillic to Latin.
