- Holding of the regional competition "State Language and Mass Media"
(hereinafter-the Rules) dedicated to the Day of Communication and Information Workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Purpose of the competition:
* Promotion of the state language policy in the mass media in accordance with the action plan for the implementation of the state program " Implementation of the language policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025;
* Increasing the Kazakh-language content and expanding the scope of the state language.
- The contest consists of three categories:
1) "Best Article".
2) " Best TV program (Best TV story)".
3) " The best article of the site (The best social network)".
- The procedure for organizing the competition
- The competition is organized by the Department for the Development of Languages of the Almaty region.
- The announcement of the competition is published in the mass media and posted on the Internet resource of the Department for the Development of Languages of the Almaty region. (hereinafterreferred to as Department). https://www/gov/kz/memleket/entities/zhetysu-til?Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram).
- To participate in the competition in one of the three categories specified in paragraph 3 of these Rules, the following documents must be submitted to thedepartment in writing by May 20, 2021, with an appendix:
* application (in the form, according to the appendix);
* Two materials published in the mass media in the period from June 15, 2020 to May 15, 2021, including TV programs, articles on websites in the state language and in the periodical press, specially prepared films and videos;
* Publishing articles in newspapers and magazines, screenshots of websites, social networks, recording programs on DVD, electronic versions of articles in the "Word" format»;
- An application submitted after the deadline specified in paragraph 6 of the rules is not allowed to participate in the competition.
8. Documents submitted to the office are not returned.
- Final provisions
A jury is created to evaluate the works of the competition participants and determinethe winners. The composition of the jury is approved by the department.
10. The winners of theCompetition are awarded with special diplomas, letters of thanks and prizes in the amount of the prize fund approved by the organizers. The main prize-winner is given a referral to the republican competition organized by the Language Policy Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
