Rules of the regional competition "Tas zhurekty tilimmen tilimdedim"

General provisions

1.In order to promote spiritual values, promote the development of literature and raise the status of the state language within the framework of the program "Ruhani zhangyru", the Department for the development of languages of Almaty region announces a competition "Tas zhurekty tilimmen tilimdedim", dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Kazakh poet Mukagali Makatayev.

  1. The purpose of the competition:

- Implementation of the state program for the implementation of language policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025;

- Popularization of the 90th anniversary of M. Makatayev;

- raising the status of the state language;

- contribute to the expansion of the mukagalitanu channel;

- examination of the poet's heritage in a new way;

- use the traditions of noble poetry for the education of generations.

The order of organization of the competition

3. The organizer of the competition is the Department for the Development of Languages of the Almaty Region (hereinafter referred to as the Department), the provider of information support is the republican literary, cultural and educational magazine "Mukagali".

4.The announcement of the contest is published in the mass media and posted on the Internet resource of the Department.

Terms of the competition

  1. The competition is organized in two directions:

1) «Kazaktyn kara oleni – kudiretim»

 Participants send a poem dedicated to Mukagali (previously unpublished) and eloquently reads one of the poet's poems and publishes on social networks, marking our accounts (Аlmaty Oblysy Til Basqarmasy - Facebook, tilbasqarmasy_almobl - Instagram).

It is also necessary to write the hash tag #Мұқағали90жыл. Attention is paid to the rhythm of expressive reading and the quality of the video clip;

2) National Knowledge in the work of Mukagali.

In this direction, he writes a research article, revealing the essence of National Knowledge, national code and existence in Mukagali's work. When evaluating a work, importance is attached to the content, idea, structure, artistry and comprehensive disclosure of the topic. Each author's work must be typed in Times New Roman font, with an interval of 1.5, and a size of 14 and must be at least 3 pages long.

  1. The competition is open to citizens aged 18-45.
  2. Works developed in accordance with all conditions (technical, content, etc.) are accepted for the competition.
  3. Proposals are accepted from January 18, 2021 to February 5. Electronic version of the materials, information on the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address of the participant (copy of identity card) is submitted to the Board.

Final provisions

  1. Works will be judged by a panel of renowned writers. The jury's decision is not subject to revision.
  2. All works submitted for the competition are selected and recognized as the best, which are published on the official website of the Department and in the republican literary and cultural magazine "Mukagali".
  3. The time of awarding the winners will be announced later.
