Placement of a state order for preschool education and training

Based on the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 27, 2022 No. 381 "On approval of the Rules for placing a state educational order for preschool education and training, general education, additional education for children, training of personnel with vocational and post-secondary education, taking into account the needs of the labor market", preschool institutions that have notified the authorized body in the field of education about the start of their activities and submitted an application for a state educational order are invited to participate in the competition. A competition has been announced for the admission of 100 children aged 3 years and older to preschool institutions in Talgar District.

To participate in the competition, private preschool institutions must provide the following documents:

1) an application in the form in accordance with Appendix 1 to these Rules;

2) information on the availability of video surveillance cameras, a panic button and a voice notification, certified by the signature and seal of the head of the preschool organization;

3) an agreement with the territorial organization of primary health care for the provision of medical care to pupils in accordance with the Sanitary Rules (with a capacity of up to three groups);

4) copies of the staffing schedule and documents of teachers on education of the established form, who have pedagogical or specialized education;

5) a copy of the lease agreement for the building/premises (if any).

Documents for participation in the competition are submitted in a sealed envelope from February 10 to February 12, 2025 to the address: Almaty region Talgar district Talgar city D. Kunaev street No. 65, office 408, 4th floor.

Competitive procedures will be held on February 13, 2025. The decision on placing a state educational order for preschool education and training will be published on the Internet resources of the Talgar district education department.
