Hero of our time: Botan Serikzhan Sembaiuly saved the life of a little boy!

Yesterday will be remembered for a long time for the residents of the country. Botan Serikzhan Sembayuly, showing incredible courage and bravery, saved the life of a little boy who found himself in a dangerous situation.

“There is nothing difficult for a brave person,” said the head of the district, Tanat Aidarbekov, addressing the hero. “I am grateful to you for your invaluable moral qualities and for saving the child. We are incredibly grateful to your parents, who taught you to be brave! I wish you and your loved ones good health, tireless strength and a peaceful life!”

The head of the district, on behalf of the Talgar district, expressed deep gratitude to Botan Serikzhan for his heroic act. In recognition of his courage, he was presented with a letter of gratitude from the akim of the Talgar region and the latest iPad. “The actions of this real man should not go unnoticed. Our country should know about its heroes,” Tanat Aidarbekov emphasized. It is important to note that water safety is everyone’s responsibility!

Every day, preventive raids are carried out on the reservoirs of the Almaty region, in which 66 personnel and 11 units of swimming equipment participate. In addition to daytime activities, night raids are also conducted using a drone with a loudspeaker and a thermal imager to identify violators of water safety rules, such as swimming at night.

For violation of water safety rules, administrative liability is provided under Article 412 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
