PSCs will continue to operate during the quarantine

Due to the spread of unfounded rumors about the closure of PSC, there is a sharp increase in the number of citizens applying to PSC for services.
We urge citizens not to give in to panic. By the decision of the Interdepartmental Commission, PSCs will continue to operate in compliance with the enhanced sanitary and disinfection regime even after the introduction of restrictive measures.
Taking into account the unfavorable epidemiological situation, the PSC has taken protective measures and measures aimed at excluding the accumulation of citizens inside the buildings of front offices.
Now you can only get services in the PSC Of regional centers, cities of national significance and some district front offices by pre-booking a queue. You can do this on the portal egov.kz, using the telegram bot eGovKzBot2. 0 or by calling the short number 1414.
At the same time, PSCs provide only "paper" services (more than 100 services) that are not available on the e-government portal.
All this is aimed at eliminating the accumulation of citizens and minimizing the risk of infection with the virus.
In this regard, we recommend that Kazakhstanis, if possible, refuse to visit the PSC and receive services online by alternative means, i.e. on the portal egov.kz, using the eGovMobile mobile app and the eGovKzBot2.0 telegram bot.
