Verification of individual registration records

Today we will tell you about a service that allows citizens to digitize and check for relevance archived records of all 7 events of the rags (including those committed before 2008): birth, death, marriage, divorce, adoption, establishment of paternity, change of full name.
To digitize missing or correct incorrect information just send scanned copies of documents through the portal eGov.kz.
To do this:
On the main page of the portal, find the service " Checking the registration records of individuals»;
Then a window opens where you can select the desired type of Assembly record;
Fill in the application category and click on the "Search" action»;
If the specified parameters have an official record in the civil registry office, fill in all the data requested by the portal;
If the provided information is not found in the system, click the "Digitize data" button and fill in the required fields;
Upload a scanned copy of the document by clicking the "Upload new file" button»;
You confirm the application using an EDS or one-time password.
The result of the service is information about the status of updating information about the registry office. The service delivery period is 1 business day, free of charge. Be always #vteme
